We're just 2 crazy sister's who had crazy parents that named us day's of the week. One of us has been book blogging for over 6 year's. After reading many different books and arguing who's book boyfriend was better. One of us convinced the other to start a book blog called #WhyChoose. Because honestly why does one book boyfriend have to be better than the other? Or why do you only need to have one?

Good Girls Never Rise {Book Review}

Title: Good Girls Never Rise
Series: St. Mary's Duet #1
Author: S.J. Sylvis
Genre: Dark Boarding School Romance

Book Description:

Gemma:

We were from two completely different worlds that couldn’t have been more opposite. Fate brought us together, and we devised a plan. I was to leave St. Mary’s Boarding School, and he was to stay.

I was molded to follow the rules, and he was taught to break them. But somewhere along the way, following the rules became a choice. The lines became blurred. The good girl of St. Mary’s suddenly got a taste of rebellion, and he came in a package of wild blue eyes and hot, lingering touches.

Isaiah warned me that we’d go up in flames if we veered from our plan.

Except, there was no we about it.
Isaiah Underwood let me fall right into the ashes.

Good Girls Never Rise is book one in the St. Mary’s Duet and ends on a cliffhanger. Good Girls Never Rise is intended for readers 18+ and deals with subjects that some may find triggering.

My Review:

So I want to say that this book has a bunch of twists and turns. Things that will have you scratching your head. Things that will make you go, Hmmmmm I think I know what's going on but maybe I don't really know.

I really liked both Gemma and Isiah's characters. They both have been through some things, but they both act different to their circumstances.

I did really enjoy this book and it definitely kept my attention throughout the whole book. This book does end on a very small cliffy. But NO worries the second book fairly soon (December 2nd).

I'm giving this book 4 Stars out of 5 and can't wait for the second book.
